Empowering Student Leadership
At Oakwood Infant School, we believe in nurturing leadership and responsibility from a young age. Our School Ambassador Program is a platform where students are empowered to represent their peers, voice ideas, and contribute to the school community. These ambassadors act as role models, embodying the school’s values and helping to create a positive, inclusive environment.
Through this program, ambassadors engage in leadership training, assist in school events, and serve as liaisons between the student body and staff. It’s an excellent opportunity for students to develop communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while making a meaningful impact.
We are proud of our ambassadors for their commitment and enthusiasm, and we look forward to seeing their continued success!
“As a headteacher, I am incredibly proud of our School Ambassadors. They exemplify leadership, responsibility, and kindness in everything they do. By serving as role models for their peers and actively contributing to the school community, they help create a positive, supportive environment. It’s inspiring to see these students grow in confidence and develop important life skills that will benefit them far beyond their time at school.”

Becoming a school ambassador provides students with valuable real-world experience. They develop essential skills like public speaking, event coordination, and conflict resolution. In return, ambassadors gain recognition for their dedication and a deeper connection with the school community.
